my order I'm begging them to send it paid on the 30th still sitting there never text back or anything

I've text the employee several time I told her I'm pregnant about to deliver any day didn't want it to get taken no response now today the 5th day sto 'll sitting there what is wrong with these person I contact customer service on I'll text them today is the 5th day my stuff still there well I buy a lot but from this place again no way will I give another dime
