we as security officers at Eastern gaurd security working at willowmore hospital want to put in a complaint at labour department.our money is being taken without our signatures.for one day absenty they deduct 3 days money of our sallary,and if you dont want to sign the fake our signatures.we getting a small sallary in security then companies like that take a peace of that small sallary sometimes illegal like the above mentioned.we didnt see our contracts because it was signed very quick without any reading wich is wrong and we cant do nothing about it .we asked our superiors a copy of our contracts several months ago but we havent received any.we know that this whole deduction thing is wrong and signature being faked is also wrong.please can u assist us?
