Was not given full disclosure of all fees involved, after lease signed was sent a statement for trash and sewer fees. Also responsible for water fees when I have a water leak they refuse to fix. Was told it was a quiet community, people getting drunk and brawling all the time. Inadequate parking, often blocked in by visitors, difficult for emergency vehicles to enter when needed. Try to appease renters with false promises of upgrades and repairs but nothing is done. Have fallen on property due to loose walkway bricks and multiple holes in the small adjacent yard, looks like plants nay have been dug up but area not back- filled. Would NOT recommend any Yes! Community for anyone. Dirty and deceitful. They also neglect to tell you before lease signing that they enter all homes on a monthly basis to supposedly check fire alarms and faucets. What's the point when you have a leak and they won't fix it?
