There's always some "catch" so ebates doesnt have to apply cash back to a customers account. Customers always have to keep track of their purchases to ensure Ebates credits their account... When you shop through a company on Ebates & purchase through an Ebates company website then Ebates tells the customer it doesnt count. "Cash Back not available for the department(s) in this order." When you email to inquire why your purchases were not applied to your account Ebates customer service responds with " make sure you go through ebates website prior to purchasing...." As if you did something wrong - How could a cutomer have details on the Ebates shopping trip if they hadnt gone through the Ebates website???

Ebates is more trouble than it's worth - a total scam.
