I ordered my dress on January 21, 2012, pleading with them to give me updates, I kept getting responses like you will get it in 15 business days, 4 business days, tomorrow, then another 15 working days. They kept doing this until the time aloted for PAYPAL ran out then all emails went dead. I have confirmed they arent in Canada but out of the states. I have not recieved my dress :(. They go under the PAYPAL account *TITANIUMJEW .Really feel ripped off. I have lodged a dispute with PAYPAL, VISA, and there domain. Dont know if I will get anywhere. PAYPAL cannot reimburse me due to the aloted days past but PAYPAL and VISA will be contacting them to get them to reimburse me. We will see how it goes. Weddings are expensive enough, didnt need this.

I made my order with Ebridalgown ca. in January 23, before I did so, I contacted them and they seemed kind and helpful. I went ahead to order for my gown, and until date I have not received the item. Despite my many inquiries, all mails went dead, I have tried to plead with them to update me on the progress with all goes in vein. I have just confirmed that they are not even located in Canada itself, making my trials even more complicated. I cannot trace them by phone nor any other means as they have stated un-existed addresses. It is so painful for me to swallow this for my wedding is just at hand, how can I sue them? Does any one have a way I can lodge a dispute with paypal so as to receive my money back? Please help
