Hi my parcel ERB634563608MY @ MY203525826830W (same parcel) status is still "item dispatched out since 04/05/20. Why is the status hasn't been update yet?

When will my parcel will be deliver,it has been 4 days and my parcel status is still "item dispatched out"

Status not updated

status：ECBC dispatched out from 7/3/18 till today 10/3/18 is still the same ,kindly help me check the parcel n renewed the status tq! Hopefully don’t make me disappointed,n pls don’t lost the parcel.Parcel no.(ER171941509MY)
