Purchased 2 pair of Ecco sandals haven't wore them since last summer. Left a black sticky tar line residue on my carpet.
Contacted Ecco customer service told they would only honor a 2 year warranty if I had bought them on line. No warranty if bought in a store! Unbelievable! They should stand by their product no matter where it was sold.
