Fraud

I never signed up for anything. I had a charge on my Visa yesterday:
*08/31/2016 90840 VISA CHECK AUTH LIQUIDVAPOR (855) 240-101 GB 99.95

I looked them up and called. I was on the phone for an hour. Then the lady told me they would cancel my membership. I NEVER HAD A MEMBERSHIP. Then this morning I have another charge on my account:
*09/2/2016 0227 VISA CHECK PYMT LIQUIDVAPOR 855-240-1013 GB 100.75

Who are these people and how can I stop them from charging my account every day? It costs $40 per transaction to stop payment on my account at the bank. Please help!
