I have an annual service contract to repair house. I have called to try to get a leaking kitchen faucet repaired. They showed up once without the proper tools or parts to fix it. They promised another person would be there to repair it that afternoon. Nothing. No show. For the past 3 days I have repeatedly called to try to get them to come out to do the repair. One promise after another fails. They don't call to schedule, pass me around from department to department and do not return messages.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DON'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE and have terrible service.
