I went to open a new clothing account at Jet on the 11th of May got an sms saying I have been provisionally approved subject to submitting supporting documents on the 15th of May. Took the documents to the store the same day. A week later on the 23rd of May got the same sms to submit the same supporting documents. I'm so disappointed as all these documents I did submit how much longer should one wait to be approved or declined. This whole process is daunting and the turnaround process is very very slow. I'm very disappointed

Pathetic service

My wife bought clothes at JET Eerste River on the 31st of March 2018. The Monday 02 April 2018 she took some of the stuff back to exchange for bigger sizes and was told that she cant exchange the items because she must have her card. I've logged a complain regarding this, because never in the past was it ever necessary to have your card if you exchanging or returning something. I received the following reference nr. 18040304111/GO. The store manager eventually phoned me on Friday 13 April 2018. She apologised for the inconvenienced caused and we agreed that I can return the items because I told her that I'm never shopping there again. The Saturday 14 April 2018 I took the items back but the store manager that I spoke to the previous day wasn't at work and I spoke to some one else. I again didn't have my card with me because I didn't go there for shopping and once again this manager refused to assist me. I left my packed with clothes there and told her to sought it out and I'm not going back there again. From that time I haven't heard from them again. I went to EDGARS last week and bought a t-shirt. a few days later I took the t-shirt back without my card and it was credited. My question is, so if Edgars can do this why cant they, because they are one company. This is really nonsense, why must I drive up and down to exchange or credit items and why does it apply to one store and not the next. My contact details are 0214172005 or 0813116989.
