I am a banker being a salary person I had not a capacity to buy any plot or house for my family on cash. Due to limited source of income seven year ago I booked 2.7 marla plot in eden lands project and paid monthly installments upto five year. At the time of plot booking It was informed to me that plot possession would be delivered after 3.5 year of booking but now seven years have been past but my plot possession not delivered to me. I have paid all installments of plot total amount Rs. 675,000/- by five year monthly installments two year ago. But eden company not give me possession.
I requests by this complain board web portal. Please guide me how can i get my plot possession. If eden company has become defaulter so why chief justice of Pakistan / NAB are not taking action against this fraud which has destroyed life of many poor families.
