What a absolutely horrible experience with one of your staff members yesterday on the 28th of March 2019. The manager of the store spoke to the employee in front of me where he attempted to address the situation however she kept on raising her voice towards me, indicating that she did not do anything wrong. What a horrific experience. She was rude and insolent and kept on rolling her eyes and she was blatantly dishonest when i explained to the manager what occurred, i also indicated to her in front of the manager that she is lying and she started smiling. I will not go back to Edgars in Kolonnade Mall, i furthermore dont think that Edgars is in 'n position to loose customers at the current moment even if it is only one customer. I know that the company has a disciplinary code, and it should be followed in this instance.
