INCOMPETENCE
I'm a really unhappy customer!.
Sunday the 25th of June 2017 I went to EDGARS EAST RAND MALL
They didn't had the FAUX FUR BLANKET (25287672) I needed and XOLANI phoned Mall of Africa the only branch near to us and arrange with them to keep one aside and arranged a instore trasnfert to East Rand Mall asap
The problem, Xolani NEVER sent the email Mall of Africa was looking for
Today the 29th of June after I phoned Edgars East Rand Mall to enquire when will they receive my blanket, after an investigation Palesa came back to me to only say sorry it was never ordered in the first place
I am extremely unhappy with the service I received
We stood there while Xolani made the phone call, even my husband spoke to Mall of Africa and all was 100% until we left and Xolani had to sent the email so that they can make up the parcel and forward to East Rand Mall
No I sit without the blanket and a very sour taste in my mouth
