I ordered essential winter clothing online on the 3 May due to lockdown for my daughter. I have sent countless emails tried to phone them and nothing. I FINALLY got through to Refilwe on Thursday last week 4 June to be told my order would be with my on Monday at 8 June. NOTHING!!!! I have received nothing. I have tried to phone every day nothing!!!! I have sent emails every day. Nothing!!! They clearly do not care at all about money spent for a child during winter during these times. I want a refund and I will never shop with Edgars in any way ever again. Disgusted at there absolute lack of care or determination to resolve anything. I guess drinking tea all day pays their bills

late delivery and poor service

I have placed an order 3 weeks ago still haven't received it. Have been calling since then with no luck because till today still waiting for how long should I wait cant travel home for holidays because of this order. The customer center is even worse every time I call they promise to call me back with an update but they don't. Worse thing that happen was when busy addressing my issue today the 11th of December between 13h00 and 13h11 I was left on the line talking to myself until I had to drop the phone. Couldn't believe that this is what you do to your costumers

late delivery and pour customer service

Have ordered online two weeks ago as of today am still waiting for my order. called several time everyday till to day still haven't received my order and everyday they promises to come back to me and they don't. Worse thing that happened was when i called the person who was assisting me left me speaking to myself until i dropped the call. this is very pour service that I have received. I will never again place and trust edgars.

poor service

On the 21st, 25th and 26th of June I placed orders online from Edgars, I steal didn't received my goods instead I received a statement saying that I must pay for the goods I didn't receive. How come?
