Over Charged from my Account

Hi,

Reference Q4J3SH NF4UVW

I done the online payment NZ$791.10 for my Melbourne up and down trip. Edreams deduct from my bank account on two times $481.76 & $3142. Also how can they deduct from my account without my permission. Therefore how can we trust online payment with edreams? I called several times regarding this issue over the phone. please find the below deduction details.
