Incorrect Fairs
I'd like to log a complaint over the price I have been charged for a recent flight with EDreams.
When I received my quote I was priced £20 each for the return trip from Cork to Liverpool on the 6th March, so I booked 2 x1 for my Husband and x1 for my brother. However when my brother got the email confirmation it said I had paid £90.58!!! This is 125% increase across each ticket, this was not the price I was quoted to pay or advised when going through the booking. After speaking to the representative they advised it would have been the booking fee, surely any additional fee’s/charges need to be clearly explained (they were not) and if these are indeed booking fee’s a clear explanation as to why they are 125% the cost of the flight needs to be justified.
In addition to this, the £90.58 payment had been taken twice, when I asked why I was advised this is automatic!!! Why would a payment be automatically taken twice? I was advised the ‘Automatic’ duplicate payment will be returned to my bank, this took 5 days to be returned
I was provided with an email address to log an official complaint however this was incorrect and the website is not helpful at all in terms of providing an email, I feel this is my only option.
I am very unhappy about this, this is the first time I have used EDreams and so far I am less than happy with this experience.

The amount for the tickets is 1347.04 GBP whereas eDreams has charged your 86.02 GBP as collection and fees. This is the price that was correctly displayed and accepted by the user during the purchase process.
We regret if any of these steps hasn't been clear enough and has misleaded you.

Over Charges
Booked via edreams, the debited my bank by an extra £50 compared to the online payment and the additional 'charges' did not come up correctly. An extra £86 ponds was charge for the displeasure of using them. It would have been £150 cheaper to go to Ryanair and easyjet direct. A google search takes you to there site before either Easyjet or Ryanair and it all looks good (like Skyscanner) until you get sucked in when it just becomes a rip off. They should not be allowed to trade in this way. Lesson learnt 'don't trust anything from Barcelona' I had a phone pick pocketed on a previous holiday.
Keep well away from edreams.
Why is there no cooling off period for these companies as there is in most other transactions!!
