I have booked the flight( supposed to fly on 29 June 2022) via e dreams from amsterdam to tenerife south on 28 June 2022 . They charged my card and give me the confirmation mail without PNR. When I asked e dream customer care about the PNR , they told me its a charted flight and no pNR is available.

It is a vueling airline and I have confirmed with them and they told me there is no such booking under my name. My flight was supposed to fly on 29 June 2022. There is no such charted flights claimed by them.

I want my money back, I have paid almost 170 euros for this flight

So edream is a hoax company who lures customer into buying tickets but they never booked the flights with the airline.

Despite of asking multiple times edreams never provided the PNR on mail .

I booked a flight and paid for it- advertised and communicated: 258.80 euro all the way through payment.
Once I checked my credit card statement it's 363.40 euro deducted.
They purposefully didn't send me a confirmation on the amount I paid to my email- all the emails are set up in such a way to purposefully obfuscate and defraud.
They defrauded me out of 104.60 euro.

I tried to change departure date for flight from Bangalore (India) to Seoul (Korea) with Cathay Pacific on 29th October.
But after charged over £130 extra fee to change date, the staff sent me email that it's wrong price for the date and have to charge more, so the date wasn't changed!!
Too much frustrated, I decided to cancel the booking and refund the extra charge.
But the refund hasn't been come yet, though they took away it in a second and confirmed it'd be refunded in 1 day!

I'm staying in India but the given Indian service centre number on the website is ghost which connects to normal home!

I just wasted over £10 for calls to try change date and repeated my reserve # with many transferring to the head service centre in Europe for 2 days with nothing result!!
And the contact email form on the homepage is dead!!!
