Ticket refund

They are not refunding my money

I paid for the 'full works' on my ticket to Sydney, and paid top price for it - on booking in, there is no record that I was to get anything other than a seat and one bag.

Trying to contact edreams is impossible - their 'help centre' is ridiculous, there is no option for emailing or phoning when their FAQs do not relate to your complaint.

What do I do now? They should refund me part of my expensive ticket price, and they cannot be contacted!

I strongly recommend: do not touch this company with a barge pole!
