Non-refund of annual service
I had been a subscriber since 2004 and they auto renewed my account for all these years without any advance notice. In every case i have auto renew, they advise usually 30 days or more in advance of the renewal. EFAX of course does not and will not refund any monies. I was not aware of the NON REFUND POLICY, (SHAME ON ME I GUESS) but it don't understand how they get away with collecting monies without the service to go along with it.
I very seldom used the efax as i usually forgot i had it. Again shame on me. BUT SHAME ON THEM FOR COLLECTION MONIES AND NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE.
I CERTAINLY WILL ADVISE ALL MY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES TO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I PLAN ON REPORTING THIS TO THE BBS ALSO.
