To whom it might concern,

I Ghassan Farid and my wife Rania Gamal applied for short term tourism visa and we submitted all the required documents and they are all eligible , and we have got a rejection for the Egypt - Italy visa application number 20180003889 reference 65063982 without any valid reason (attached the rejection letter), the reason was that we did not provide proof of sufficient means of subsistence while we are both working in respectable multinational companies with salaries exceed the Egyptian market range, i work for IBM with salary exceeds 30K and premiere customer in HSBC which is the highest category and we both have credit cards with limit 70K and we are SBG platinum preferred customer because we travel a lot beside we have contract for an apartment exceeds 1.7 Million pounds , we have got Schengen visa before from France but we didn't travel as a mistake from the embassy they lost our passports and found it after our flight date and we made a complaint about that,i need a valid justification as this is for me non sense as my bank statement shows that i spend in the last 2 months 80K which is contradicting the rejection reason , its even VFS mistake that they didn't provide our bank statement or the embassy officer who is checking it, so i really don't think that it is about money because what i have submitted shows that i can spend more than 6000 EUR which is 130,000 EGP during my visit just pocket money because i have already paid Airline tickets and hotel and internal flights.

so please i need to know the reason why we have been rejected because we are very very frustrated.

i addition i already have the below visa:
France (twice), Canada, USA (three times and have a valid visa), Cyprus, Lebanon, Dubai, Kuwait and Ireland.
