Would like complain on the KTM arrival to Padang jawa delay daily since January 2017. Refer to the schedule to be arrival time 8.05am delay to 8.20am daily (delay 15min). Further notice that the time travel to KL Sentral almost taken one hours instead of 45min reaching.

This cause most of the employee delay or late to work daily who start work at 9am.

At last, Would appreaciated that your top management can take this as serious case to solve for this problem.
