I had my fair share with Electro-smart as well as CT international, sister companies. After months of trying to contact Hein De Goede(owner of Electro smart)leaving numerous messages with his P A, never receiving returned calls...I pretended to be this"property developer" and I was interested in installing his Electro-smart devises into 48 units...It was amazing how quickly his PA could get him on the line...During my conversation with Heine, he promoted his "fantastic" Electro-smart", when I mentioned that I had heard of some dissatisfied clients, his response was "those complaints are from people who cannot afford their installments, there has never been a faulty unit"When I eventually told him my true identity and told him that I had left over 30 messages with his P A and that his Electro-smart is crap, he quickly blamed the "rep" and tried to back-track...He guaranteed me that he would sort this mess out...2 years down the line and nothing has been sorted out...I am taking this thief on, who would like to join me, keep in mind, it is going to cost us money...we will succeed...contact me via email [email protected]
