Never received a replacement card
I ordered a replacement card in September. 5-7 business days later, no card. It didn't say apt 20, so the mailman sent it back. Reordered and made sure it was the correct address. 5-7 business days, no card. It had the wrong city and zip. Reordered card. They read it back to me correctly. Spoke with a supervisor who advised me ur was correct. 5-7 business days, no card. Called them again, it didn't say apt 20...AGAIN!!! 5-7 more business days!
