I placed an order for 2 entry doors for my place of business in Aug 2014 (6 months ago). i have not heard from any rep since Nov 2014. i am disgusted w/ Elegant (NOT) Entries!!!! The Worst Company to do business is Elegant (NOT) Entries!!! a VERY unprofessional way to treat people. no response to any voicemail messages. My salesman (Vince De Jesus) returns my calls (FROM hi MANSION in Florida) telling me I should be ANGRY!!! He tells me that I Am right to be MAD AS HELL!!! But thats all i got. I asked for my DEPOSIT Back but did not hear back at all! DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/ "ELEGANT (NOT) ENTRIES)

Elegant Entries took a 1000 dollar deposit and have not yet installed our front door.I have been calling their Long Island office for the past 2 week and have not received a return call yet. A person named Antan was supposed to call me back. The saleman who sold me the door promised us the world. I feel as if I have been robbed of my deposit!
