I'm very confused to be seeing this here honestly because I myself, am a member of IDS Travel, and I've never experienced any hardships while using their service, actually quite the opposite, they've been very courteous in regards to handling and organizing my trips. and while I've never met Mr.Daniels the employees at IDS, especially my booking agent Leena, we're so helpful. I can't attest on whether these claims are true or not but I can tell you my experience with the company IDS has been nothing but spectacular. Only on pissed consumer to see the negative comments, but i'll write a positive one out of my own experience.
