E Pocket just disappeared

I am very upset. I was rooting for y’all. I woke up this morning ready to make my first lifetime mile stone on purchasing my first car. So being in the best mood ever I log on to my emerald account to not see my money. Just poof gone. I can’t believe this! Any legal advise! This can’t be right. My money is just gone. Been on the phone trying to get an advisor but I can’t get through. Please help. I’m starting school next month and I really need the transportation. Not to mention I will need it to take my daughter to day care!

Indy disappeared

3500 transferred to e pocket and no epic key can be seen. Money disappeared. Was told it would show up on evpockey after 24 hours. Never happened so now saying will take 5-10 business days to investugatecandcdeterminecwherectgwcnineycwent. They can see we didn’t take the money and that it was transferred to e pocket that disappeared which it their fault yet they will not repay my money to me. This is a nightmare. They need to be shut down sued and shit

the same thing is whats going on with me first they told me i had something that was considered fraud going on somebody used my card a few times and they told me with in a week i should here back from the the copy of the investigation summary and i had to wait for a new card in the mail so when i got the new card 2 weeks later i got a letter saying they dont see where the money is missing and my case was closed then my card stopped working agein i called to close my e pocket with all my money in it got a new card agean and they told me the money with be on my card in 48 hours but now its going on 1 week and i called yesterday they said they have no botes of anything going on u should try login out then back i but online theres no option to logout its not showing me an e pocket what so ever i just want my money with this cov-19 shut down i cant buy no food for my kids because they cant give me my money and i was detailed information on the missing mobey 200 from a walmart and 200 for money missing from my account in 1 weeks time fram

Unable to access direct deposit

My Direct Deposit from my employer was loaded onto my Debit Card (Issued from H&R Block BofI Federal Bank), and, when I went to transfer the funds to an epocket option that they have, the money literally disappeared. I contacted the bank immediately the following morning and was told someone would be in contact with me very soon as a case was created with an escalated status. I was told by that agent that the funds would have to be manually put back on my card.
When I called back later in the day to inquire on that status and timeline, I was told the issue was more widespread than first realized and their IT Department was working to resolve the situation. Today when I called back again for an update, they told me I needed to wait 3-5 Business Days, and, then call back for status. I just truly need my money and just want this resolved as soon as possible. I will be closing out my account the moment they I am finally able to retrieve my funds.
