I was hacked without my card ever leaving me too!! Please tell me how it's possible for someone to have gotten over $2500.00 FROM AN ATM half way across the country, when my card never left my wallet!! I'm now going thru the process of doing the fraud claim & am praying there's no issue with getting my money back. (Especially since its obvious it wasn't me!) Now I'm checking to see how many other people have had their own hacker theft this year using the Emerald Card/H&R Block. It's hard to understand how it could've happened if it wasn't a security breach within the H&R Block &/or Emerald Card system. Whoever stole my $ took the funds off at an ATM in Los Angela's according to transaction history. Has this happened to others? [email protected] email me if it has happened this way to you.

My emerald card was hacked and $1100 was withdrawn. They will not refund my money. I can’t even talk to anyone about what I should do or the next steps to take. I reported the fraud immediately. I trusted emerald card and H&R Block. They said this was safe and could be used as a checking account. My pay check and bills come out of this account. Nobody will help me. They left me $19. Do not trust H&R Block. I will not stop fighting this. This is wrong and I’m not even sure how this is legal. There should be cameras where the withdrawal took place proving it’s not me. I didn’t even lose my card. That’s the most mind blowing part. How did someone take money from my account when I had my card on possession at the time of the transactions?
