Ordered the Emeril Pressure Air Fryer, it came incomplete without the mesh basket for the fryer and the double tier cook rack making the item unusable as advertised. I contacted them by phone and email to which they replied they were out of the items and did not know when they would get them shipped to me. I waited for the full 90 days and had to ship it back. I had to pay for the shipping of which they are now stating they do not return. The item was falsely advertised and the desired features were unusable as a result. I have demanded the shipping be returned as well. They are telling me they cannot and I am elevating the issue to Corporate. False advertisement is consumer fraud! Do not let these companies take advantage.
