I order one set combo b , i request change the drink to hot drink or upgrade to hot drink . They reject me , she said upgrade also can't just can ala cart order. i only alone how to drink two drink on one time . I told them why other outlet allow me to change this outlet ( Aeon Chers Selatan)can't. She just answer me manager not here can't do it . How come this small matter also need manager only can settle . Today I'm sick and raining day feel cold think to drink some hot drink . I so disappointed.
