Lost on board my Apple Watch

Hi so I forgot my Apple Watch black with gold strap on the side pocket of my seat 3k flight number EK338 from Clark to Dubai it is a connecting flight Dubai to Copenhagen my departure time in Dubai is 19:50 date November 5 2017 arrived in Dubai at 1:10 we report it 3 times in emirates reception and they always come up with the one words nothing has found go back after 1hour and we did until we have to take our flight to Copenhagen nothing as found because nobody is looking for it I pursume and we are on a business class no one treat us what we deserves on this airlines please it is been one week we don’t hear anything and for sure a aircraft cleaners found it if there is any update please contact me.

Lost Baggage and Poor service : File Number CDGEK29000

Dear Team,

This is to describe a painful experience I had with your airline and am hoping that you would get back to me at priority with update on my luggage. Due to careless operations of your airline and lack of support I was left helpless in a foreign country. I am expecting you to get back to me at priority with complete explanations of the misconduct and poor customer service. Please refer to the incidence narrated below for details. Looking forward to your response. My file Number is CDGEK29000 3rd aug 2233gmt and tag no ek278876 ek 278877.

Details:
I along with 12 other members of the group after spending lacs of our savings opted the France and Germany trip by Cox and Kings tour operator. We boarded the flight Number EK511 departing on 3rd August to from New Delh T3 to Dubai. Due to landing mishap of another Emirates flight which had caught fire in at the Dubai airport our flight was diverted to Sharjha Airport for landing.After 2 hours we were transferred to Dubai airport without any clarification or instructions. No one was at any of emirates counter to suggest the further course of action and finally after a long wait around 7 pm we saw the notice board that our connecting flight for Paris is about to leave within 10 minutes(which was delayed due to the accident). Most of our group passengers were senior citizen and this last minute information resulted in some passengers missing the flight. We reached Paris at 2.30 am and we were waiting for baggage to arrive. However after 1 hour we came to know that our baggage has not arrived and one of the officers asked to fill a form with hotel address. He said the baggage will be delivered in hotel and has given the above file number (CDGEK2900) and a receipt.

We then left for hotel and our tour guide informed us that 7 member could not catch the flight. We reached the hotel without any basic items such as toothpaste brush undergarments and cloths to change. Most of our cash was along in the check in bags which left us with only petty cash to sustain the next days ahead of us. Our tour was to start in the morning and we started travelling in the same pair of clothes. We then started calling the baggage center but received the no support whatsoever. As the tour was for 7 days we had to shift to new city as per the programme. Here I would also like to add that Cox and Kings guide did not allowed us to purchase the basic need items stating the tight schedule. I am disheartened and disappointing to say the 6 nights and 7 days tour was completed in single dress only because of carelessness of Emirates. The follow ups were not at all in place we had and the staff was rude.

On 10th Aug we took the flight from Munich to Dubai and one of the officers at the desk helped to file the status report with baggage not received. I would request the top management to look in the matter on priority basis as due to their non courteous staff and very poor operations our whole tour was spoiled. Due to this mental torture and heavy financial loss I plea the management to refund my whole amount of 3 lacs INR paid to Cox and Kings and 5 lacs as compensation for harassment, embarrassment and pains inflicted to me and my wife. I would like to add that I had spent around 300 euros (borrowed from co travelers) to purchase basic items as guided by your support staff which assured that would be compensated for (something called "Interim Relief").I would request to arrange the delivery of my baggage at my residence at B 1 FLAT NO 1078 VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI 110070 along with full compensation listed above. careless tagging of passenger luggage creates paranoia

emirates airline ( the worst experience of my life) EK 608

I am sure I am not the first person who has complained about luggage lost by emirates airline, and I know I won't be the last. on the 9th of Jan 2015 a group of 38 people flew to Denpasar bali, Indonesia by Emirates airline( EK 608) taking route as , karachi, Dubai, Kuala lumpur, Danpasar bali, naming one among the world's best airlines . Honestly speaking this was my first worst and should be the last experience with this airline.

while every one from our company group was checking in from one check-in counter in karachi the luggage handler tagged incorrect destination on my and one of my traveling colleague's luggage.

Upon arrival in kuala Lumpur (KL) where we suppose to change our carrier , I learned that my and my traveling colleague's luggage had mistakenly been tagged till Kuala Lumpur only , where as the next connecting flight was from KL to Denpasar bali through Malaysian Airlines. The malaysian Airlines staff was kind enough to tell us that your luggage can not travel aboard , because it end up in KL as per the tag condition . You have to contact airlines personnel in this regards before next flight takes off. upon questioning the ariline personnel. i come to know that the issue arose from embark destination and that was karachi !!.

later, i contact malaysian immigration counter, and explained him the problem, that our luggage mistakenly tagged down in KL, where as all our colleagues have the right destination tag and that's 36 out of 38 people . the immigration cell listened us patiently and gave me the solution . which seems to be easy and simple. the solution was , contact emirates airline office and get one of their personnel along with you . the immigration inspector will allow emirates staff to cross the immigration counter in KL and pick up your luggage from the luggage belt and hand over to me and later I can carry them in person.

for a while i thought , MY GOD i am lucky I get my staff shortly , but upon contact emirates airlines( EK) office in KL airport , it become paranoia. i explained EK staff my problem and the guy was just so encumbrance and discourteous , he refuse to help and said you take a flight and i will try to board the luggage in next going flight to Bali. i also explained him the solution given by immigration desk , but the was reluctant to listen. finally we took Bali's flight with out luggage and hopping that out luggage will reach behind. So, upon arriving to Danpasar , Bali rather than head to my hotel i went to shopping mall to buy dress, shoe , accessories, hosiery, mouth freshener and other basic things.

upon check in to eden hotel, bali I informed them the happening , and if they receive any information from airlines i should be informed. I spend 3 days in bali with out my luggage , and spending and wasting my time in follow up. no proper information was delivered. In addition to the embarrassment of having to scramble to find appropriate clothing i spent much on clothing and restless nights , thinking when would i get my luggage back.

after spending our holidays we all arrived back to karachi via same route , but till today i did not received my luggage back. finally the last contact i made with emirates airline karachi office, I come to know that our luggage is in Bali now after we left the destination and emirates airline is trying to get them back.

I expect to be compensated for my time and extra ordinary expense which i incurred for silly mistake by emirates luggage handler in karachi, a formal complaint will be launched against emirates airlines examining their baggage policy thoroughly in connection with other airlines connecting flights.

lost bag

Dear Sir,

My Hand trolly bag was left at dubai airport near the plane staircase . I am 81 years old & could not climb up with it . But the airport staff didnot load it because their was no tag on it. After my daughter Miss Merlyn Dcosta working with DANTA complaint they send it to mumbai by next flight .
My flight NO EK 506 seat no 213 gate no A18 on 10/01/2015 .

I forgot my Galaxy note (black colored) at the pocket of the back seat which is in front of me on board. my seat 39 E. the flight departed from Dubai at 2 : 45 am Saturday 12 of Jan and it arrived on Dallas Airport at 10 am on Saturday 12 of Jan. the flight # EK 0221 < I'm not sure about the number. the flight was through emirates airlines. my next connected flight for me was American Airlines from Dallas airport to Omaha airport. I live now on Omaha, NE United States if you want any info for me I'm ready to that. so could you please help me finding my phone cause it has a lot of important info that I don't want to miss.
