Inquiry about delay in service

Hi, my parents sent me parcel on 12 Oct through speed post hoping to get in 10 days as per post office information but I can see my parcel is still stuck at mumbai International speed post office ems its 19 Oct already n parcel is still in India hope you informed correct information before sending parcel tht it gonna take so long, if possible plz inquiry abt my parcel n rply my consignment num is EI364549442IN, it has to come to UK within 10 days I needed it ASAP....
