The pan did not perform as advertised and was unusable after 3 months of using the pan as stated in the instructions. There was a life time warranty however you have to pay to ship the pan to them and then there was another $9.95 charge for processing and handling. This ends up being the cost of a new pan. There was no were to complain to the company. There was a telephone number which directed you to another number. I called it several times, and each time I was on the phone for 1 hour without a response. They continue to advertise this item, and state it will last forever or money back, but that is not true. This company should be investigated and sanctioned for their misrepresentation.
