The accident i was in on Jan 15 2020 i ask equity for a copy of my history and they put it was my fault trying to prevent me from getting insurance or pay a higher amount there isnt any claim thats why it was no money paid out and that fake claim have no bussiness showing in the system

On Jan 15 i was in a accident. im the one called the police the other individual was from the country of Dubi he didnt have a Florida license no tag. or insurance he wasn't sopose to be driving that scooter at all the police had to get a translator and they told him he dont have a case but if they do a police report he will get three tickets go to jail and his scooter will get towed. so it was left like that but i inform equity about the accident anyway just for my record. which i found out i didnt have to repirt it. and when i first called to report it i explained every thing and that im not making no claim because im not hurt nor have any damages to the car i have sereral copies of that audio but now they trying to use that against me trying to make it hard for me to get insurance or pay alot for it that doesn't even sopose ti be showing at all in the system. I already made sereral complaint about this company last yr they have a lot of bad reviews. I have nothing to hide corrupt company

On 10/24/19 i got a letter from Equity Insurance Company Saying my payment was rejected or invalid which is a lie i went in person on 10/19/19 to pay with the Agent Veronica the letter saying my Insurance. gonna be reinstated on 10/27/19 which is a bunch of crap i paid with cash like i do every month veronica didn't mention to me when i paid that my payment was Dishonored because she would have known and my license would have been suspended. thats the real reason i got stop by the police on 8 /28/19 because he thought i didn't have any insurance because thats what they put in the system but trust me i carry me documents and have serveral copies thats why all of a sudden they was saying my Insurance would cancel on the 28th of the month because thats when i got pulled by the Miami Dade Police on the 28th but my cancellation date is the 27th of the month i have serveral copies stating that and audio from veronica the agent telling me that. but these two Companies like to play but they messing with the right one cause i stay ready with my proof
