Hello, my parcel was already dispatched out since 7April and today 9April still on the same status. I noticed that many customers complained that they had the same issue. I hope Poslaju KLIA hub transit improve the system/services to customer better because this issue is still ongoing since years ago. I hope my parcel will arrive safely not stuck there or missing in action forever. I paid a sum of money for that thing. Hopefully this complaint board will be noticed by the staffs,at least,since u didnt picked up customers' calls. Thank you.
