Money taken

This is the third time I have made a complaint about money deducted from my account against my authorisation. The amount of exactly $26.11 was taken from my bank account on 7 Nov 2017 at 12:00am. I have made it clear that I did not authorise this unknown payment, just below is the details to whom this money is illegally going to and I would like to take legal action against the perpetrators if not dealt with.
