charges not authorized

I have called Essential Skincare for my money back and can't get charges/money that were unauthorized. I ordered samples not for 2 orders to be removed every month. Total scam.

They keep on hanging up on me. The commercials run on your channell. Very dissappointed that you would support a company like that and will be calling the BBB to file a complaint and wondering if you can help please.
