took ETS(9216) from KL to Butterworth ( 9.30pm) and our seat were at couch B and exactly at the auto door that separating the toilet area of couch B and A. Due to poor ventilation system, the sickening odour expelled out whenever people used the toilet..the sound of flushing were also so loud and annoying and we hardly can relax throughout our 3 hours journey.
We noticed that the exhausting air from the toilet were actually expelling into the couch and its located exactly at the bottom end of the floor with TV screen on top.. The awful odour was literally intolerable to be inhaled and we end up having sore throat and headache..
