Delay on refund

I purchased ticket online and made payment via Maybank2u, Bank transaction successful but no tickets shown.
Called to ask for refund since early of May and till now haveb't got any refund yet and only been told i'm not the only customer who encounter this issue by using Maybank2u transaction.

Please treat this issue urgently without further delayed.

Kindly provide the refund the soonest.
