My train is at 4 p.m on 18th May 2017 and there is a lot of passengers was standing to board the train which is waiting down , before gets to the escalator there is 2 staffs that was checking ticket if each of the passengers but from the starting itself one of the staff keep shouting and saying the train will never run away lar if run away also will run to Ipoh only and so on . When it comes to my turn I showed her my ticket and everyone behind was rushing so I gave her the ticket to view very fast . At the point she gave back my ticket she said ' tampar kang baru tau' which means I slap then only I know with the continuation of word saying give the ticket slowly . I'm not boarding the train for free of charge , I'm paying for it and how come a staff can tell the passenger if I slap only you all will know ? Is this is how they train the staffs to talk to a passenger who is boarding the train ? I want a strict action to be taken towards the staff . Thank you .
