I have been playing on Evony, there is alot of issues and problems with this game. Even though people praise it so much like it a real good game but Evony is not what is said to be for a normal reasoning human being. So much go on in this game that meet the eye .
For the past month they have been sensoring my post so long it is a reasonable one , if it doesn't suit their greedy thought and imagination of a gamer. In this world were our humanity is fading and online games rule our daily lives. This game is too addicting, doing not any good to the society and growth and to expensive to left unregulated. They have no rights whatsoever
to sensor a post that is not harmful to another human, my right to feel free and speak is infringed by this Evony. It is time Evony is called to take responsibility abd be accountable.

After server update several issue that resulted in my loss of money and product cs rep was not helpful and apple refuses refund.. this is a game where people spend thousands to compete then when issues arise they refuse to support and cancel your claims if they are in the wrong.. attached are pictures of proof of them not attempting to resolve the issue.something needs to be done

I play Tynon server 102 Valor of Perseus, for the past 2 Years we have been complaining about Kaos, Korugane and 11 more member in their guild Act of Valor using illegal software every time we get all the generated e-males,give us 5 days, 5 days later we did take steps but due to Private law we can not say anything but everyday these cheats are back, excluding their guild there are only about 5 of us left playing on that server as everyone has now left. Most of them come back from time to time to see if Evony has done something but nope..............

Can someone please, please look into this.

Maybe this will stop If a cheat win Champion Warfare would give evony a great name????

Kaymion from the Empire Alliance on na59 has to be using illegal software as he continues to port next to me and attack my cities as well as other alliance members. We moved and he found us again. No one in my alliance knew where I was located so I ruled out a spy in the alliance. These allegations can be confirmed by viewing the Attack reports for the Vikings alliance.

This is giving Kaymion an unfair advantage and should not be allowed.

evony customers are paying for a service we are not getting they are quick to take your money then not provide what they are saying most of us can,t even get on there site and we have been paying for the rite to play.I pay them money for items then can,t get on there stupid site to use what we have bought we have all told evony over and over about this but they say they will do nothing to help i want all money paid to them which i have digital recoords back they are the worst online gaming site i have ever came across but will not just quit as like i say i have paid them lots of money..

Last week my ip was stolen by a man who is in an enemy alliance (to me) in the online game, Evony. Evony is a wealthy company that has hundreds of servers and many paying to play members. A package on evony costs $30.00 for the typical sized package though they have larger packages exceeding $1,000. I myself am a paying player, I used to buy more packages than I have in the past few months. Evony has always been known for their stingy ways and poor customer service but recently has outdone themselves to me. Before i get started on the details let me say this, I have found no working phone number or means to communicate with anyone in charge at Evony other than one man (Thalin aka Phil) who lets people dip their hands in the cookie jar and does not treat his customers fairly.

This same man who stole my IP is also a player who monopolizes the server, running thousands (yeah i just said THOUSANDS) of accounts to feed his main army, hacked my net so that a person in his alliance could hit me. This man has been to federal prison for hacking hundreds of military and government webpages while working as one of the leaders to a group named "world of hell", a group of hackers who pride themselves in being able to hack even the most secure sites. According to the federal probation and parole board located here in SE Virginia, this man is currently no longer being supervised by the federal government. Now aside from feeling very violated over someone tampering with my computer and my internet connection I am outraged at the way evony customer support has been treating me. They have ignored my complaints and closed their eyes to the evidence i have submitted to them. I was in a voice call when it happened and I saved screen shots of the skype conversation. Later that day i got passed a screen shot of a conversation in this mans alliance where he not only admits to doing it but brags about it as well. I reported this in detail to evony and they have refused to do anything even though this player clearly has broken not only their rules and tos but also the law. I should mention that 98% of the people on my server run bots because evony has allowed people such as this man, game name mistake, aka hacker, and a few others like him to utilize every possible cheat, hack and exploit and the rest of us are forced to run bots just to try to stay alive from this massive rule breaking player. Anyway after a few mails back and forth with evony, and submitting ALOT of legit, indisputable evidence I received this mail today:

I am too afraid to respond as I dont want to see my account closed after the time and money I have put into it. But wow. I find it sickening that this company not only ignores crime going on through their server but enables it by allowing this player to continue his unfair rampage in a game that other pay for and would like to enjoy too.

I have played Evony for over 3 yrs with my family never had a problem until recently. We were accused of multi accounting and botting. This happened after I complained about evony making a hero disappear. They locked my acct and then I got it re-enabled then we went on vacation and came back to accts again locked for mutlti accounts. Now I provided them with the emails that were our families we all emailed from resepective emails so tht they were aware of accts accessed from our IP. But I have asked how we cud have been "playing" when we had put all our accounts into holiday mode prior to going on vacation. The minute you start questioning them they threaten you. They said I had "stolen" my own account and did I wish to discuss it? I said yes I would and I wanted proof of my stolen account and that it was libelous what they had written and defamation of character. that i have run my account since march 09 on my own email. They did not respond. They are happy to take your cash but fail miserably on providing a customer service of any type. We also asked how to change an email address that my son used (was his work email) and he has recently changed jobs and no longer has access to it. While he can still use the evony account we didnt want to be in violation of there rules but seems that its impossible to change it. Also they never seem to bother with the people that are ripping the whole out of bots and multis.
