Recurring Withdrawal Debit Card

I am being charged a recurring fee of $17.95/month that I did not authorize. I requested a one time credit score and was charged
$1.00 which was suppose to be the total charge, but was charged $17.95 seven days later. Not only was I aware of this charge I also have no idea how to get in stopped.
