We paid via credit card $200 advance contract fee. Truck driver demanded on delivery additional $900 vs $650, 200 more then the original price. Situation was negotiated with the manager in Brooklyn and trucking company (truck driver manager). The truck driver was asked to leave by his management w/o delivery the goods. Our house hold that includes leather two sofas, refrigerator, beds, rugs, professional books etc were never delivered and they were our common use. I contacted several times Ms Amy Clark-- I was told she is no more work for the company. Experienced Moving office person called me and she asked if I pay $ 300 additional $300 Experienced Moving can deliver the house holds... that was in March April that I had accepted and she then never call back and her manager refused to honor the new proposal. Mr. George? probably the manager told me in April 2017 that his company auctioned the house hold. Mr. George mocked on me every time I called and told you pay first to our company then we let you know which ware house in GA your house hold is kept and he asked the new charges will be $450 since he has to pay the storage charges and then on negotiation in the same discussions he again affirmed house hold were auctioned.. This terrible episode and situation is going since end of November 2016. I request for the resolution of this situation per the contract and my family has to suffer terrible and our children could not use the stuff that dear them the most... this caused a great pain and harm.
