PERSCRIPTIONS

THIS IS ABOUT PRESCRIPTIONS SENT IN ERROR TO EXPRESS SCRIPTS BY DOCTORS OFFICE ON JUNE 4TH 2018 AND IT WAS SENT TO SMITHS DRUGS TOO. SINCE JENSEN COMPANY GIVES ME FREE PRESCRIPTIONS WHICH I GET FROM SMITHS DRUGS I TRIED TO CALL EXPRESS AND GET A RETURN LEVEL AND THEY WONT RETURN IT AND WONT GIVE ME ADDRESS TO SEND BACK. THEY TOLD ME IF I DON'T PAY THEY WILL SEND ME TO COLLECTION DEPARTMENT , THEY THREATENED ME WITH THAT. THE MANAGERS NAME WAS BENJAMIN AND PHIL.
