Didn't get what I paid for

12/15/17 I visited your store in Greensboro ,NC to purchase glasses with a RX. My face was measured, I chose the frames I wanted paid for everything and was told to pick -up my glasses 12/29/17. I got a call from a store employee telling me my glasses were there I went to the store and was fitted for my glasses .I received another call in January 2018 saying I need to come and pick up the 2nd pair of glasses I ordered. I called and politely told someone that I only ordered one set of glasses I received another call yesterday from the Greensboro store and the rep stated that I needed to contact them about the order that I placed 12/15/17 and if I still wanted the lenses.I went by the store today and asked for a manager. The manager was there so I asked why someone from this store keeps calling me about another set of glasses that I know nothing about/? I was told that the lenses they have were the lenses I ordered December 15, 2017. Okay, so what did you send me out your store with number 1, and why no one told me to come back and get the lens I paid for in December 2017? ?? The rep said she needed to switch the lenses out of the glasses I was told to come and pick up with the one's that I paid for because they were mine. I told her I've since got contacts due to blurriness,, not aware my glasses, the lenses weren't correct. I'd rather have my money back then have anymore dealings with that store. This is fraud all day long .I've never been allowed to purchase something and someone send me home with a substitute and then call me back several months later saying, "oh no, we need to give you what you paid for, and 'we're not charging you for them". How can anyone charge me for the lens I paid for almost 4 months ago and never received? It cost me total $284.85 to be lied to. My lenses cost $214. 90 and your rep has the audacity to tell me I wouldn't be charged for them to put my correct lenses in the frames I was old to pick up. No way to do business.
