Fraud transactions

Hi Team, today i became a victim of fraud transactions of around 3300dhs with emirates NBD account. I got a call from NBD that we have noticed fraud transactions and we are blocking your account. I have not linked anything in FB and those transactions happened on facebook ads, make sure you have not linked your card details in Facebook. I have raised a complaint with Bank and hoping to get it back.
