unauthorized charge

I found 5 charges on my bank statement ($ 19.48)and I do not know what they are for could this please be explained. The name where the charges were listed is www.fb.me/cc Ca. Will you explain this. If these are not my charges I expect them to be reversed and the money put back into my bank account.
