Fraudulent Transaction

Dear Sir / Madam

My bank account was taxed on 25-03-2018, for € 20.73 from Facebook! Depreciation has the depreciation under number Facebk * ZZ4UKF2ZJ2 FB.ME/Ads.IE. I have never shared a card number with Facebook or bought anything or anything, and there is no payment history. Why do I have to pay, can I get a refund?
