unauthorized purchase

On November 24th my underage children made purchases that I did not authroize the purchases that were made on that date which was yesterday one was for 5$ and 20$ and 100$ and 150$ !!!! these were made with out my knowlege and I want that money put back on my card ASAP!!! Now I have no money to pay bills with !!! Thankyou .
