Fraudulent transactions

My debit card was fraudulently charged on 18th september, 2021 for rs. 10000 in the name of facebook ads. I didnot apply for any adds nor did i add a card to my facebook. Ths transaction didnt even ask for a financial pin or OTP. How can i get my money back?

My debit card was charged for a transaction of Rs.10000 without requesting an OTP or PIN. How can i get my money back? This is fraud and how can it be mended?
