Unauthorized Charge

A $10.00 amount was chared to my Visa card by Facebook. I did not authorize this charge. The card was charged on June 5.2014
How long dp I have t wait to have this issue resolved. My name is Trina D. Farris and I can be reached at (916- 505-8454. This fee is theft in its truest form and my bank will not restore the stolen funds.
